I kept seeing the same things. Strong people struggling under pressure. Bold strategies that fell flat. Technology that sounded great and never landed. Confusion about what the regulations even allowed. And when it mattered most, the human side of the work was the first thing dropped.

The Human CTO is my answer to that. Humans land tech. So I combine technical, human and business skills, and I translate at every level, from the board to the backlog, so organisations can think clearly, move smartly and make real progress.
