What I do

AI Strategy Designer

From ambition to a plan the board can read, with the data, governance and people to deploy it safely.

Most AI strategies are a slide deck and a pilot that never leaves the lab. I design the whole thing: what is worth doing, what the data can support, how it stays inside the rules, who needs to change, how it rolls out, and how you will know it worked. Built on ARIA and GRACE, my own assessment frameworks, and delivered for organisations from telecoms and medical technology to a national ombudsman service.

Who this is for

You'll recognise yourself in one of these

Boards and CEOs

You are being asked "what is our AI strategy?" and you need a real answer

Not hype, not fear. A scored, prioritised view of where AI earns its place in your organisation.

Regulated organisations

You cannot afford to get the governance wrong

Financial services, health, legal, public sector. ICO, FCA, MHRA and the rest already apply to you, and the EU AI Act is coming to your supply chain.

Already started

You have pilots everywhere and nothing in production

Rationalising, governing and scaling what you have before it becomes a liability.

The room behind the door

6 pillars hold this room up.

Walk through the door and this is the room you are standing in. Every product in it, whichever you choose, draws on all 6. The pillars do not change; what you buy does. Move over one to see what it means in practice.

Value & Ambition

Where AI could genuinely move the numbers, scored with ARIA across value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit. Ambition with a price tag attached.

The frameworks underneath

ARIA and GRACE, in one breath each

ARIA

AI Readiness and Impact Assessment. Fifteen dimensions across value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit, scored to a single 0 to 100 number per use case, so the board can compare like with like and fund the right ones first.

GRACE

The governance companion. Six dimensions that profile how safely a given deployment can go ahead, mapped to UK and EU regulation, with clear ownership and controls. It turns "are we allowed?" into a path to "yes, like this".

What you can buy in this room

6 products. Defined, time-boxed, yours.

Each one stands on the pillars above. Move over a product to see who it is for, what you get, how we engage and how long it takes.

Not an exact fit? That is normal.

Every product here is a starting shape. The scope, the duration and the way we engage flex to your environment; the deliverables stay defined. Tell me where it does not fit and I will shape it, or tell you plainly that something else would serve you better.

Questions

AI strategy: your questions answered

What is an AI strategy?

An AI strategy sets out where AI will create value in your organisation, which use cases to do first, how you will govern and assure them, and how your people will adopt them. Navigator does this in four to eight weeks and ends with a result the board can act on.

What does AI governance mean for a UK organisation?

It means clear policy, accountability and assurance for how AI is used, aligned to the UK regulatory landscape, including UK GDPR and the ICO and your sector regulator, and to the EU AI Act where you operate in the EU. Guardian builds a tiered AI policy and governance framework to fit your organisation, from £2.2k.

How much does an AI strategy cost?

Navigator starts from £8.5k over four to eight weeks, and Navigator Lite, the four-day version for smaller organisations, from £6k. Guardian starts from £2.2k, Steward from £1.5k a month, and Regulatory Horizon from £800 a quarter. Compass is priced per programme.

Which option suits a smaller organisation?

Navigator Lite: the four-day version of Navigator, over two to three weeks, with the same plain-English result.

Do you help once the strategy is done?

Yes. Steward is embedded AI compliance and ongoing oversight, and Regulatory Horizon is a quarterly regulatory briefing written for your organisation in plain English.

What about large enterprises?

Compass is my AI strategy programme for large enterprises, delivered in partnership with Hello AI Collective through joint IP.

How do we start?

Book a thirty minute call. It is online, with no pitch deck, and you will leave knowing where to begin.

Not sure this is the right door?

Want to know where you stand first?

A short readiness conversation is often the right first step. Thirty minutes, no slides, and you leave knowing which product fits, or that none does yet.
