Every client now has their own space: THCTO client portal is live

Some of the best work we do never makes it onto a public website, and it should not. Proposals, plans and working documents now live in one private place per client.

ome of the best work we do never makes it onto a public website, and it shouldn’t. Proposals, plans, the working documents that go back and forth while we figure out what a client actually needs… all of that is private. For a long time it lived where most private work lives, scattered across email threads and attachments with names like “v3 FINAL (2)”.

So we built something better.

As of today, The Human CTO client portal is live at Client portal | The Human CTO , and every client gets their own dedicated space in it.

Getting in is simple enough. You get a personal invite from us by email and set your password. From then on, everything we share with you sits in one place and is always the latest version, so nobody ends up working from an old copy. If a few of you are involved on your side, each person gets their own login to the same pack. That means no more forwarding chains, and no more hunting through your inbox for the attachment from three weeks ago.

Our Products & Service Revamped

The other thing we wanted to fix was how our services come across. The public site does a decent job of saying what we’re about, but it was never the right place for the full detail of every product. Inside the portal that changes. Once you’re signed in you’ll find the full Human CTO product catalogue next to your own proposals, laid out properly, so you can see how direction, assurance, build and the people side of change fit together.

One practice, joined up: pick an area, then a productOne practice, joined up: pick an area, then a product

If something catches your eye, you can pick it out and book a conversation with us from there. The products you’ve chosen come through on the booking, so we don’t spend the first ten minutes getting back up to speed.

On its own it’s a small thing. But a lot of what we care about is how working with us feels, not just what lands in the final deliverable, and one calm, private place for everything we’re doing together is a big part of that.

If you’re a client and your invite hasn’t arrived yet, drop us a line and we’ll get you set up. And if we haven’t worked together yet, the front door is still thehumancto.co.uk.
